Rachel storm is a Ph.D. student in Educational Policy Studies. She received her BA in International Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She works the Women's Resource Center in the office of Inclusion and Intercultural Relations as the Program Coordinator at the University of Illinois. She is the Executive Director of Four Walls and a Roof, Cotacaci Project for Domestic Violence Surviors.
