Giving to the Women and Gender in Global Perspectives Program (WGGP)
Our program relies on the generous support of alumni and friends to provide the best possible learning and research environment for our faculty and students.
Donor support allows us to:
- Offer scholarships to academically strong graduate students whose research addresses international issues of women, gender, and development.
- Support research and engagement activities of WGGP
How your gift makes a difference
“I am glad that WGGP exists on our campus as an important resource that my students have benefited from for their academic development with a particular interest in the question of gender. Most recently, two of my PhD students received the GRID minor by signing up for courses WGGP promotes on its website. My students have benefited from these classes tremendously and I am so pleased that they did not have to look solely to me for all their intellectual nourishment, and I/we could rely on the valuable resources the Program offers, from courses, to stimulating talks and speaker series to opportunities for competitive grants and fellowships.“
