Mahbubeh Moqadam is a 3rd-year Ph.D. student in Sociology. Her research focuses on the roles and experiences of Generation Z in digital activism, exploring how they use digital platforms as tools/spaces of resistance and mobilization amidst rigorous state surveillance and control. Her work utilizes digital feminist methodologies to provide analysis of emerging forms of activism among the youth.
