Research Interests
My work centers on the ways that desire, sexuality, and perversion are bound up with the legal and political imaginary of the (postcolonial) nation. While my research and academic training is mostly in humanities, my current research is mostly defined by queer public discourses and legal cultures. I have been part of numerous collaborative projects that incorporate law and legal rights over the past fifteen years.
