Negin Sattari is a Ph.D. student in Sociology, looking at Iranian women's experiences in male dominated occupations and how they understand their work in a society where sex-segregation is systematically enforced by the state. She completed her Master’s degree in Sociology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a BS in Mechanical Engineering in Isfahan University of Technology in Isfahan, Iran.
