Congratulations to Anissa Chitwanga for securing the Jean M. Due and Marianne Ferber International Research Award 2023-24! Anissa is a PhD student in social work and a GRID student. She will be using the travel grant for her dissertation research. Her thesis is titled “Narratives of distress & coping: A qualitative study of the experiences and perspectives of women in Blesser/Slay Queen relationships in sub-Saharan Africa”.
